The Way it Works!

Within the process of evolution, one thing that can happen in our lives is that we feel out of control. Sometimes we can interpret that as an external energy and when it is really uncontrollable we can interpret it as dark or evil. Things that we can’t do anything about… a popular concept in the Japanese language to that is:

“しょうがない” (translates to) - nothing can be done about it- or
“仕方がない“ It’s hopeless.

Every time I hear it, it gives me the chills!
My personal understanding of how this works is that: we are the authors of our own lives and there isn’t really anything on the outside that can block us. We are the ones who block us:
We do that by having beliefs that limit us.

By carrying the understanding that: keeps us looked in our own “Box” that we have created out of fear, possibly trauma and further- all kinds of things can add to our sensation- our internal understanding, our internal belief system that something external is keeping us under its thumb.
If you believe that some externally power/ thing is blocking you, it should tell you great bit valuable information about yourself; that you are worried, afraid and the like feelings. Some even blame events or the external on having the above feelings…

You need to be looking inside of yourself, to discover what it is that you are afraid of, what it is that you don’t want to do or don’t want to face. When you discover what it is- only than you can bring it to your awareness and consciousness from your deep 88% (Theory of the mind by Dr. John Kappas) of the subconscious that can help you choose a new way to understanding those “limiting” thoughts (knowns/ unknowns), fears- phobias, believes or even your "life script".

That is the way to healing, to freeing ourselves, to find a deeper way of going into life the way we want it to be. In various occasions, we feel like other people/ situations or circumstances maybe wanting our lives to be in a certain way (many times different from what we have had in mind or had wished for ourselves). This is a tough situation, it’s a process, and it is not something that most people can just say…. Oh, ok I think I will decide to be different today. You can do it for a little while and sometimes you can do it for a long time.

Eventually though, if you don’t get down to the bottom of the pain or the fear than you end up just staffing your feelings down and that’s when it really is a good time to find mental health therapist or social counselor to help you get through those dark forests that we sometimes misunderstand and to see the light (the answer) that at times is dim, it is there but it can not be seeing (at times). After all only with light we can get rid of the dark!

Good Luck to us all!
